Alert: More Housing May be Approved in Irvine’s Great Park

FivePoint is going before the Transportation Commission on Tuesday March 5th and the Planning Commission on Thursday March 7th with the request to build an additional 1,056 residential units above the approved 9,500 residential unit cap in the Great Park (Planning Area 51).
Please come to the meetings and speak up for having a say in Great Park development and traffic circulation.

As a result, approval of the MAHP will result in 1,056 market rate units in addition to the existing residential cap of 9,500 units. This would increase the number of allowable units in the planning area to 10,556 units”.
