Finding Your Way Around The Great Park Gets Easier
Google and Apple Maps to provide interactive guides to Great Park venues and activities
The Geographic Imaging System (GIS) Presentation given during the April 27, 2021 Great Park Board meeting revealed that the Great Park has entered into agreements with the Google and Apple corporations to provide interactive map applications for use by Great Park visitors.
The interactive maps will provide:
- 360 degree photo images with directions to Great Park venues and amenities.
- Location of parking lots, venues, restrooms, drinking fountains, and food concessions.
- Scroll down window with list of Great Park venues, activities and events which, when clicked on, provide brief descriptions of the item along with directions to the site.
