The Irvine Community Land Trust Forum on Monday, October 19, at 7:00 p.m.
The Irvine Community Trust (ICLT) will host a free one-hour informational event on the basics of affordable housing, Land Trusts 101, and an overview of the ICLT. The event is scheduled for Monday, October 19, at 7 p.m. on Zoom. For more information, click here.
The Irvine Community Land Trust is an independent nonprofit 501(3) (c) organization whose mission is to provide secure, high-quality, affordable housing as a nonprofit organization that acquires and retains land to develop permanently affordable rental, ownership, and special needs housing for the benefit of income-eligible families.
The Irvine-based nonprofit is an affordable housing developer and 100% taxpayer-funded. Formed in 2006, they have completed three projects with a fourth scheduled to break ground in 2021. The ICLT mission is to build quality and well-integrated affordable projects that are permanently affordable using a long-term land lease agreement.
