OC Power Authority’s Chief Operating Officer Abruptly Resigns

Yesterday, both the Voice of OC and the OC Register reported, “longtime green-energy advocate Antonia Castro-Graham abruptly resigned as chief operating officer for the Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) on Friday, Dec. 3, amid reports of a tense standoff with the utility’s CEO and concerns of ongoing conflicts between the two.”

The Voice of OC reported Ms. Castro-Graham’s resignation “comes at a critical time, just months before it switches customers from their traditional electric utility to a government program.”
