Questions Surface on Retail Businesses in Great Park as Development Ramps Up
With the mixed used retail plan FivePoint X “tossed out,” will FivePoint, under its new leadership of CEO Daniel Hedigan, deliver on presenting a new retail plan within the next 60 days?
“Our communities need the proper balance of retail, office, medical and apartments to complement and support our growing residential footprint,” Hedigan said, promising a “renewed strategic approach.”
