City Hall Is Now Open!

On June 15, 2021, Irvine’s City Hall opened its doors to the public for City meetings and services at City Hall, Community Centers and Senior Centers. Members of the public will be allowed to attend City Council, Great Park Board and Commission meetings in person and meetings with Community Services staff will be available by appointment. Masks and social distancing will be required. Virtual services and meetings will still be offered to those who are not ready to visit in person. For more info from City’s website click here.
June 22, 2021 will be the first Great Park Board Meeting and City Council meeting to be open to the public in over a year.
Public participation is encouraged. Members of the public can attend the meetings in person using the required mask and social distancing protocols. Meetings will also be broadcast live on Zoom and ICTV. Public comments can be made orally via zoom and in person. When giving public comments in person, members of the public must sign in and register their comment(s) on one of the Kiosks located in, or just outside of, the Council Chamber. Public comments can be submitted by e-mail and E-comments submitted at least 2 hours before the meeting will be delivered to City Council and Great Park Board members.
When attending City Council, Great Park Board and Commission meetings in person, meeting agendas and agenda documents along with public comments submitted prior to the meeting are made available in the Council Chamber for public review.
