Vice Mayor Kim Meeting with Select Great Park Residents
Select residents in the Great Park received the following communication from Vice Mayor Tammy Kim’s office:
The last time we, the Great Park residents, had anyone from the city come to meet us was in 2019 while the city was trying to sell the homeowners the idea to move the veterans cemetery to the Golf Course site.
For the Great Park homeowners who did not receive this email, the link to sign up for the meeting with Vice Mayor Kim, on June 18th at 6:30PM, is attached below. The meeting will be held at the OC Soccer Stadium.

June 13, 2021 at 10:55 pmWhy are residents required to provide their phone number and email address to attend this event on the Google Form? Town Hall meetings should be open to all residents without requiring one’s personal contact info.

June 14, 2021 at 10:46 amIs this Town hall going to be a true interactive discussion? Given the size of the venue, I suspect that the questions will be vetted ahead of time, and only the issues that Councilmember Kim is willing to answer will be included in whatever “random selection wheel” they use.
